I'm reluctant to share this little magical spot on earth: IT'S MINE! That these DIVINE little cottages, and I've spent countless weeks in each and every one of them, maintain their authenticity when so much of the world is turned on its' ear, is a testament to their amazing owners, David and Lucille Miller. There is absolutely nowhere else that I've seen on this earth that can match the magic of this simple, yet stunning little paradise. Surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Florida--the country, really, as well as having the convenience of the boat yard across the street to cruise the waters, amazing golf within minutes, and the MOST amazing white powder sand beaches I've ever set foot on, there just IS NO PLACE LIKE CANNONS!!! Going back 28(!!!!) years, I can tell you that there is no place that is as magical as the Cannons Cottages. I’m reluctant to share this little magical spot on earth: IT’S MINE! We felt as if we had gone to our own private island getaway. Your beaches and cottages are first rate, and your location still allowed us to go shopping, dining, and dancing as well as giving my huband the opportunity to boat and fish to his heart's content. So glad to see you are still there, and better than ever it appears. Maybe it's time to schedule another vacation with you. My husband and I stayed at your lovely resort many years ago, and just loved it. We felt as if we had gone to our own private island getaway. It was quiet, serene, very Old Florida style accommodations and the best beach view and beach she's seen. If I didn't live a mile away from the cottages, I would stay there myself.
